Tree maintenance work is scheduled behind 104 Dundee Mews on Wednesday, October 7.
Because this is a connected-townhome area, the contractor may need to pass through nearby rear yards to safely access the work location. Residents in the area may experience temporary noise and contractor activity during the work. Please secure pets as needed.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while this necessary maintenance is completed.
Tree work is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, in the common ground area behind 5 Kincaid Ct.
Residents should be aware that trucks, equipment, or work crews may make the small cul-de-sac harder to navigate while the work is underway. Please use caution when driving or walking in the area.
A resident-friendly summary of the July 15, 2026 Langstoon HOA Board meeting has been posted. It includes updates on the website, new-neighbor communication, architectural information, landscaping, common area tree review, dues reminders, and social committee planning.
Dues for the 2026-2027 fiscal year are $450. There was no increase this year. Invoices have been mailed and are due by August 31st. All invoices paid after August 31st will be assessed a $50 late fee. If you have questions, please reach out to treasurer@langstoon.com.
Annual HOA dues invoices are being prepared and will be mailed to homeowners shortly. Please watch your mailbox for the invoice and payment instructions. Thank you for helping the association keep community obligations current.
