HOA announcements and community updates will be posted here as they become available. Residents are encouraged to check this page periodically for meeting notices, maintenance updates, seasonal reminders, and other HOA-related information.
A resident-friendly summary of the July 15, 2026 Langstoon HOA Board meeting has been posted. It includes updates on the website, new-neighbor communication, architectural information, landscaping, common area tree review, dues reminders, and social committee planning.
Dues for the 2026-2027 fiscal year are $450. There was no increase this year. Invoices have been mailed and are due by August 31st. All invoices paid after August 31st will be assessed a $50 late fee. If you have questions, please reach out to treasurer@langstoon.com.
Annual HOA dues invoices are being prepared and will be mailed to homeowners shortly. Please watch your mailbox for the invoice and payment instructions. Thank you for helping the association keep community obligations current.
Older notices may be archived or removed after they are no longer current. For time-sensitive matters, residents should also refer to direct communication from the HOA board.
