Parking reminders
Please follow all parking enforcement ordinances from Marple Township. Please refrain from blocking driveways and mailboxes.
Architectural requests
Before making exterior changes that may require HOA approval, residents should review the architectural guidelines in the bylaws and submit the required request via email to president@langstoon.com. From there, it will be reviewed by the Architectural Committee.
Common areas
Common area maintenance questions may be directed to the HOA board.
